Where we ship

We ship to Italy and to all countries of the European Union: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

Shipping costs

Italy: €7.90
Other European Union countries: €15.90

The cost is a flat rate per order, whatever the number of items.

Shipping is free for orders over €49.99 (value of the products, shipping excluded).

The exact cost is shown in the cart after choosing the shipping country, and is confirmed on the payment page. No VAT is applied and, within the European Union, there are no customs duties.

Times

Every creation is handmade. Items in stock are prepared and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days in Italy and 5-10 business days in other European Union countries.

For made-to-measure creations, times are agreed case by case.
